Anger Management Course

Why This Course Exists

Uncontrolled anger can damage relationships, careers, and overall well-being. Many people were never taught practical strategies to manage intense emotions in healthy ways. This course exists to bridge that gap—providing participants with structured, evidence-based tools to recognize triggers, practice self-control, and respond more effectively in difficult situations. The goal is not to eliminate anger but to transform it into a constructive force for problem-solving and personal growth.

Program Structure & Instructor
This is a structured 12-week program that incorporates proven, evidence-based techniques. The course is led by Tiffany Haynes, a Certified Anger Management Specialist through the National Anger Management Association (www.namass.org). Her expertise ensures that each participant receives practical, professional, and compassionate guidance throughout the process.
